We appreciate it when you tell your friends and family all about us, and recommend us as their trusted Dentist! We like to reward those who spread the love! Every time one of your recommended friends or family come to visit us for the first time, and they tell us you recommended them, we reward them and you through our Patient Referral initiatives.
What are our patient initiatives?
- For every New Patient that has come to us from an existing patient referral (that’s you!), we will give them an Oral B Electric Vitality Toothbrush (Valued at $49.99, Valid until Dec 30th or until stocks last).
- For every New Patient you recommend, we put YOUR NAME into our Patient Referral Competition prize draw!! The more people you refer, the more entries you will get!

How To Enter
The more family and friends that you refer, the more entries you get! You can either:
- Referral Cards: Pick up multiple referral cards and give them to as many people as you would like for more chances to win. Each valid referral gives you one entry into the draw!
- Digitally Share: Screenshot the image below and share it with your family & friends. Make sure they present this screenshot and mention your name at their appointment with us!

WIN A HOLIDAY PACKAGE VALUED AT $3,000
Conditions of Entry
The promoter is Smiles Only Pty Ltd ABN 85 632 125 314, trading as Brisbane Smiles.
Prize
The prize is one holiday package valued at $3,000, comprising a $2,000 travel credit to be booked through Kelly Fountain at Business First Travel, Level 1/27 James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, plus one $1,000 Visa Gift Card.
The travel credit is valid from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and is subject to Business First Travel and relevant travel provider terms, availability and any blackout dates. Travel insurance, upgrades, additional travel costs and any amount above the $2,000 travel credit are the winner’s responsibility. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner must provide sufficient identification before the prize is released. The Visa Gift Card is subject to its own terms and expiry date.
Smiles Only may cancel, modify, suspend or redraw the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur, including technical or administrative issues, fraud, tampering or events outside its control.
Competition Period
The competition opens on 22 June 2026 and closes on 30 September 2026. All entries must be received during this period.
Eligibility and Entry
Entry is free and open to existing Brisbane Smiles patients aged 18 years or older who have attended Brisbane Smiles within the past three years. Employees of Smiles Only and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
An existing patient receives one entry for each new patient they refer, provided the new patient presents a valid referral card or screen capture with the referring patient’s name at their first appointment. Only one referral entry will be accepted per new patient.
There is no maximum number of valid entries. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning and the winner will be selected by random draw.
New Patient Gift
New patients who present a valid referral card or screen capture at their first appointment will receive one Oral B Electric Vitality Toothbrush, while stocks last. The toothbrush is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Prize Draw and Winner Notification
The random draw will take place at Brisbane Smiles, Level 1, 31 Sherwood Road, Toowong, at 5.30pm on 30 September 2026 and will be recorded.
The winner will be contacted using the details recorded in Brisbane Smiles’ practice management software and must claim the prize within five business days by contacting 07 3870 3333 or info@brisbanesmiles.com.au.
The prize must be collected in person from Brisbane Smiles, Level 1, 31 Sherwood Road, Toowong.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within five business days or cannot accept the prize, a redraw may occur at Brisbane Smiles at 5.30pm ten days after the original draw. The redraw winner will be contacted using the same process and will have five business days to claim the prize.
Privacy and Publicity
Entrants’ personal information will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, verify eligibility and arrange the prize. The winner’s first name and photograph may be published on Brisbane Smiles’ social media channels, website, patient communications or other promotional material after the prize is accepted.
Liability
Smiles Only is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or invalid entries, or for new patients not presenting a referral card or screen capture.
To the extent permitted by law, Smiles Only is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or additional costs connected with the competition, the prize or use of the prize.
This competition is run by Smiles Only Pty Ltd, trading as Brisbane Smiles, and is not endorsed by or associated with any third-party brand or provider.
