This is an exciting opportunity for a Ceramist Dental Technician to specialise in aesthetic cases. It is a full-time role with a 9-day fortnight, no late hours, and an excellent remuneration package. You’ll be working with a modern digital workflow and a supportive, friendly team.

Role Details
We’re looking for a Ceramist Dental Technician, focused on ceramic crown and veneer restorations in a high quality, advanced technology setup, working cases start to finish with key dental practitioners. Emphasis is given to design and creation of personalised and bespoke smiles to each patient. From single to full mouth veneer and crowns and full mouth implant restorations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise 3-shape lab manager software
- Smile Design of aesthetic veneers, crown and oral rehabilitations
- Design and create ceramic restorations: emax pressed – full contour or micro-layered; zirconia milled – full contour or micro-layered.
- Design and create implant restorations: Single units – Ti-Base Zirconia full contour or micro-layered – PMMA; Multiple units to full arch – Ti-Base Zirconia full contour or micro-layered – PMMA
Who We’re Looking For
Skills and experience:
- Qualification in Dental Technology or similar
- Minimum 3 years of ceramic experience
- Aesthetics 6+ unit cases experience an advantage
- Proficient in 3-shape lab manager software for design of ceramic onlays, veneer, crown, bridge and implant structures
- Able to assess and design smiles using 3-shape software

This generates a high flow of existing and new patients for extensive general and cosmetic dental procedures. Based upon high-quality routine dental care through 6-monthly recall appointments.
Advanced technology and laboratory technical services.
We use both digital and traditional workflows to ensure the best patient and staff experiences. Additionally, our in-house dental laboratory provides you with access to a higher level of dental technical services.
Great staff benefits and a work-life balance.
The majority of our Brisbane Smiles Team work a 38-hour, 4 day week with rewarding remuneration packages. The practice hours are weekdays excluding public holidays with no late nights. We have an in-house Dental Laboratory, with personal Dental Technicians who work with each Dentist.
