Compassionate Release of Superannuation for Dental
Our team is able to assist patients who meet the criteria for compassionate release of Superannuation for Dental. Following your Consultation Appointments and once a Treatment Report and Plan are accepted, your Dentist will provide a Superannuation Release Form. You will need to gain a second report from a suitably qualified medical practitioner and then submit forms to your superannuation fund through the Australian Taxation Office. You should seek advice from your accountant and financial advisor before considering the release of superannuation.
