Consultations and Treatment
You agree that you are making a deposit for either a Consultation Appointment or for Dental Treatment and that an Invoice with treatment specific codes will be provided at your appointment.

Health Funds
A treatment invoice will be provided in accordance with Health Fund rules for you to claim back at each Appointment or in the case of Crowns/Veneers/Dentures/Occlusal Splints at the Insertion of these items. This is to comply with your health fund agreements. Hicaps claims are unavailable for treatment requiring upfront payments. Any rebates received from your health fund to you are a matter between you and your health fund.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are available 72 hours prior to the first appointment in a series of appointments or consultation (treatment sequence).
The refund amount will be less any incurred laboratory or material costs or finance/credit card fees.
A partial refund will be available for late cancelation with less than 72 hours notice. A fee of $100 will be forfeited along with any laboratory fees to a maximum of $2,000 and clinical costs to the value of $250 per hour determined by time allocated for any appointments within the following 72 hours.
