Prize Details

• The winner will receive a Weber Q, Weber Q Stand & ONE Precision Grill Tong and Spatula set (valued over $600).

• The winner must supply sufficient identification details to confirm their identity before the prize is granted.

• The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Smiles Only Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, and/or suspend the Competition or any prize.

Duration of Competition

• Competition start date: 24 April 2025

• Competition end date: 24 October 2025

How to Enter

1. Eligibility:

   • The Competition is open to all existing patients of Brisbane Smiles who are sixteen (16) years of age or above.

   • “Existing patients” are defined as those who have attended Brisbane Smiles within the past 3 years (i.e., since 24 April 2022).

   • Employees of Smiles Only Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are excluded from entry.

2. Referral Cards:

   • Only valid entries will be accepted. A valid entry is an original “referral card” with the referring patient’s name filled out and dated.

   • Each existing patient may use more than one referral card and can receive multiple entries in each Referral Competition draw.

   • One (1) valid entry per new patient. A new patient cannot present multiple referral cards from multiple patients. Only one (1) card will be accepted per new patient.

   • The referral card must be presented at the new patient’s first appointment and handed to reception. Reception will place the valid referral card into the Referral Competition draw, and it will be recorded.

3. Discounts:

   • Upon presentation of the referral card, $50 for adult patients and $25 for child patients (15 years and under) will be deducted from the new patient’s first appointment total. This card is not transferable for cash; no change is given, and the full amount is redeemed at one (1) appointment only.

4. Multiple Entries:

   • Existing patients who refer a new patient (who presents a referral card) will receive one (1) entry per new patient referred.

   • There is no maximum number of entries. All entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. Valid Entries:

   • All entries must be received within the competition period to be valid.

Prize Draw

• The prize will be drawn at random and the draw will be recorded.

• The random draw will take place at Brisbane Smiles, Level 1, 31 Sherwood Road, Toowong, by Dr Paul McKay at 5:30pm on 24 October 2025.

• The winner will be contacted via the details provided in our practice software and may also be announced via our social media platforms.

• The winner must contact Smiles Only by phone (07 3870 3333) or email (info@brisbanesmiles.com.au) to claim the prize within five (5) business days of the draw.

Promotional Consent

• By entering this Competition, you consent to Smiles Only using your details for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other electronic or printed communications.

• You agree to participate in any reasonable editorial or promotional requests, including photography or interviews, and grant Smiles Only a royalty-free license to use such material in any media for an unlimited time.

Prize Collection

• The prize must be picked up in person from our Toowong practice (Level 1, 31 Sherwood Road, Toowong).

• Installation or setup of the prize is not included.

• The prize will be on display in the waiting room during the competition period and will be supplied with its original packaging.

• Smiles Only is not liable for any damage to the prize during the competition period or during transportation.

Unclaimed Prizes

• If the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept the prize, Smiles Only reserves the right to redraw at its discretion.

Brand Association

• This Competition is not endorsed by or associated with Weber or any other brand. It is conducted solely by Smiles Only Pty Ltd, trading as Brisbane Smiles.

Exclusion of Liability

• Smiles Only is not responsible for entries not received or for new patients failing to present referral cards.

• Smiles Only will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained in connection with this Competition or with accepting the prize.

• The winner bears responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prize (such as maintenance or insurance). Once the prize has been accepted, Smiles Only is no longer liable.
