Education & Dental Approach

Brad McCormack, an accomplished Oral Health Therapist, graduated from the University of Queensland in 2013. He began his career in his rural hometown, Chinchilla, where he built a foundation of hands-on experience in a close-knit community. Working in Chinchilla allowed him to refine his skills across a broad range of dental care and develop his approach as a compassionate, thorough clinician. Since returning to Brisbane, Brad has worked in private practice, dedicating himself to the care of children’s oral health and periodontal treatment. His holistic approach emphasises the importance of preventive care and the role it plays in building long-term oral health for his patients.

Professional Philosophy

Brad is passionate about making dental visits a positive experience for all patients. He places a particular focus on managing periodontal health, recognising the impact of gum health on overall wellbeing. With children, Brad brings warmth and patience to help young patients feel at ease and establish good habits early. He believes in creating a comfortable, informative environment for patients, empowering them with the knowledge to care for their oral health confidently.

“To me, dental care is about more than just treating the teeth; it’s about fostering lifelong habits that support total health. I’m excited to be part of each patient’s journey toward a healthier smile and look forward to building that trust with every visit.”

Beyond the Clinic

A natural advocate of health and wellness, Brad also works as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. He’s dedicated to his own fitness journey, which includes strength training, swimming, running, cycling, and tennis. He’s currently training for a triathlon, a testament to his dedication to both physical and mental endurance.

Brad’s love for travel has taken him to many corners of the world, including a stint living in Scotland. With upcoming trips to South Korea, India, and Africa, Brad values connecting with diverse cultures and experiences.
