Kindy Program
We visit kindergartens to teach children about the importance of brushing their teeth, caring for their oral health, and seeing the Dentist regularly. A big part of our message is making sure kids view the Dentist as a safe and happy place — never scary!
Good oral health habits start early. It is important that children begin visiting the Dentist from the time their first teeth appear. Early visits (between 0–2 years old) help familiarise children with the Dental environment, allow us to monitor their development, and address any issues early. At our Kindy Talks, we provide take-home packs for each child to provide their parents with guidance on caring for their child’s teeth at home, along with a toothbrush pack and helpful dietary advice to support healthy smiles for life.
What Does The Session Involve?
Our Kindy Program sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and packed with helpful information for little ones. Through stories, demonstrations, and hands-on activities, we help children build confidence around looking after their teeth and visiting the Dentist.

- How to brush teeth properly (and why it’s important)
- When baby teeth fall out and what to expect
- Everyday foods vs sometimes foods – how diet affects teeth health
- Why visiting the Dentist early (and regularly) matters
- How to keep your smile healthy and strong
Information Packs
If your childcare centre isn’t able to book in a personal visit, don’t worry — we can provide you with informative educational packs you can use at a time that suits you best.
Kindergartens can choose to receive an Information Pack, which includes:
- A video presentation link to play in-house at your convenience
- Our educational flipchart book and storytime
- Individual packs for each child, including:
– A fun colouring-in book
– A child-sized toothbrush
– Take-home tips for families
